Product thinking

I’ve worked in product at companies including Linktree, Kajabi, Expedia and Vodafone. That experience shapes how I teach: start with the problem, understand the context and make a decision you can explain.
I’ve also designed and taught product programmes with organisations including General Assembly and Melbourne Business School, and shared product fundamentals through Harvard Innovation Labs.
