Achieve Your Goals with Private Coaching

How can Coaching Benefit Me?
Personalised coaching is one of the best ways to become a great Product Manager. You'll have a safe space to speak about your concerns while getting one on one feedback.
Since product management is not a skill you can learn from a degree or textbooks. Coaching will help you round up the gaps in your skills. Giving you the confidence to lead teams, gain trust amongst executives and be ready when the opportunity comes.
In just a few sessions, you'll notice an improvement in your overall performance and have greater clarity on the craft of Product Management. In the long run, you'll outpace your peers and attain the goals you've set out to achieve.
Whether if that is a PM role, a promotion or simply a more fulfiling career, a coach is there to help.
I can help you achieve the following goals:
BREAK INTO PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
I have a proven model and a process to help people break into the industry. Over the years, I've helped many BA's QA's, Designers, Project Managers, Account Managers, Entrepreneurs find a fulfilling career in Product Management.
MOVE UP IN THE INDUSTRY
I help you create a game plan to navigate your Product career. Showing you the path to move from a mid-level PM into a senior Level PM, then from a senior PM to a Leadership role.
SUCCEED AS A PRODUCT LEADER
I will work with you to identify your blind spots and provide you with tools to build your leadership style. I'll also help you design and organise your team, build a product culture and exert influence within the leadership team.
How does the coaching program work?
Our coaching sessions are designed to create a life-long impact
Step 1: Assess Your Gaps and Goals
Our first session will start off with an assessment. I will provide you with quizzes and questions to assess your blind spots. We will go through areas of your Product Knowledge, Product Management Techniques and People Skills. Then we'll capture your 3 months, 6 months and 12 months goals so we can measure our progress.

Step 2: Create Tailored Coaching Plan
Once we've uncovered your gaps and goals, we will create a tailored plan to help you improve. Just like a Product Roadmap, our coaching plans are updated every 8 weeks to make sure we are still focused on the right things.
Step 3: Coaching & Training
We will catch up on a regular basis and go through the coaching plan. Our coaching is done online so you can access it from anywhere in the world. You also get complimentary access to Product Go to learn about the theory, and access to me anytime for advice.

Step 4: See Your Progress Over Time
All our coaching tools are documented on a private Miro board and our coaching sessions are recorded online. So you can revise anytime and have access to all the coaching materials for life.

Call To ActionWhat can you expect from Coaching?
My style of coaching is more of a motivator than a drill sergeant approach. I don't just spend time with you but I inspire you to take action.
All professional learning comes from the following areas: 10% from theory, 20% from mentors and 70% from practice.
Before we meet, I will assign you videos to watch from my online course at Product-Go to cover the theory for the week. When we catch up, we will use our sessions for practice and mentorship. I will show you real-life examples of how I've approached each situation and help you come up with your own approach.
At the end of each session, you will walk away from theories to revise, mentorship actions and goals to tackle before the next session.

What Makes Me Different To Other Mentors?
Steve Jobs had Bill Campbell as his coach, who helped him regain control of Apple. Bill Gates had Warren Buffet as a mentor and became the world's richest man. None of these great people would have gotten where they are today without the guidance of someone who's been there before.
I was fortunate to have been coaching by some of the best people in the industry. From my first manager, who told me, "I make Ass out of Assumptions"... to Marty Cagan, who taught me how to give back and empower my product teams. I would not be where I am today without my mentors showing me how and other paths to avoid.
When it comes to coaching, experience is key.
I've also been a solid hands-on Product Leader for the past 15 years. I've worked at startups, scale-ups to corporates and I've hired, fired and interviewed for multiple Product roles. I'm confident I can help you navigate most situations.
Besides being a master of the PM craft. I've taught over 3,000+ students globally and have personally coached over 200+ students across multiple time zones. I can simplify complex concepts into easily understandable ideas. Helping you learn much quicker than any courses on there.
Lastly, I'm currently actively coaching 8 students globally and some mentees have been with me for over 3 years. Since this is my job, my long term success is tied directly to my student's success.
